- Don Dearing Motivational Speaker
- Olympic volleyball player - an inspirational speaker who spoke about his life challenges and how to overcome situations with a positive attitude
- Spring Dance
- Students had fun at the dance - an opportunity to interact with friends outside of the classroom, use the photo booth
- School Update - 25/26 School Organization
- Currently there are 10 homeroom classes, with a community class, next year we will have an additional junior/intermediate classroom
- Unity Volleyball
- Coaches ran volleyball clinics for grades 3/4 - 7/8 classes
- Richmond Hill Soccer Club
- Coaches ran soccer clinics for grade K-4/5 classes
- School Assemblies - student led assemblies, celebrating learning and achievement in the past month

- FNMI Presentation on May 14th - Métis musician, Alyssa Delbaere-Sawchuk to share about Metis culture through music
- Pro Grant - Family Science Night on May 8th
- Scientist in the School - 2 sessions, 5:30pm / 7pm
- 2 workshops being offered - families to choose one to attend
- Library will have STEM activities that families can explore
- Welcome to Kindergarten on May 8th from 4-5pm
- School Tarmac Improvement
- Over the summer, the tarmac will be closed
- Students will have some input on the games that will be painted on the tarmac
- There will be the addition of new benches by the shaded areas
- Staff Appreciation
- Invitation to families to contribute to a staff appreciation lunch
- Year End Community Celebration - June 12th
- Fire it Up BBQ to provide hot dogs and hamburgers
- Board will provide $500 for school engagement
- Fun fair activities such as balloon animals, face painting, popcorn machine, possibly raffles and prizes
- The Main Event - rent carnival games and inflatable games - budget of approximate $1500-$2000

- Alexander MacKenzie drama department would like to come and perform for the students at MacKillop
- Grade 8 graduation - Thursday, June 19th
- Small cohort of 16 students
- More council support is welcome
